Asset & Property Searches
We search for and identify assets held in Trinidad & Tobago, including:
- Real property and land
- Shares and company holdings
- Bank accounts
- Insurance, policy, and pension accounts
- Credit union accounts
This is a discovery service — identifying and confirming what exists. Collecting and transferring those assets as part of an estate is handled separately, under Cross-Border Estate Administration.
Selling Property From Abroad
If you live overseas and need to sell land or property in Trinidad & Tobago, we can act on your behalf under a Power of Attorney — representing you through the sale from start to finish, so you don’t need to travel.
Title Resolution
Many Trinidad & Tobago properties are held as family land, in undivided shares, or with gaps in the chain of ownership going back generations. We work through these histories to resolve title so property can be sold, transferred, or distributed cleanly.
